Neil Murray gives his all on a miserable evening in Dublin

It was a wet evening and a miserable result for the Geese. Martin Lynam's side strategically out-manouvred the Geese and their star man Aaron was a red-hot menace for the boys in blue. Despite the first-half pressure, the Geese were only one nil down. A comedy of errors and miscommunication led to the first goal, but this kind of mayhem can be expected with torential rainfall and a defense under constant pressure.

Aaron put in a devastating show in the second half, and it was mostly as a result of his performance that the Geese conceded a further three goals. The Geese had few chances themselves - it was just one of those evenings to try and forget about.
